Metro Star Properties has purchased 254 – 260 Crown Street in New Haven, CT. The property includes the iconic Bar Pizza Brew House and Night Club as well as the famous Neon parking garage. Metro Star plans on performing needed differed maintenance and restoring the building’s façade.
